Clara Veloz

Office Manager/Paralegal

Ms. Veloz possesses nearly 20 years of experience as a paralegal in Los Angeles bankruptcy law firms and Riverside bankruptcy law firms.  She has been with The Law Offices of Todd B. Becker for nearly ten years.  Her primary duties at the firm involve handling administrative and client communication matters in all aspects of the firm's practice.  This ensures that the office runs smoothly and efficiently and that clients are always apprised of the progress with their cases.

Ms. Veloz's knowledge in several areas of law, including business, international, personal injury, and bankruptcy, ensures that she can assist the firm's clients with simple matters, allowing the firm's attorneys to focus on more complex client matters, and providing efficient and cost-effective use of the firm's resources.  In bankruptcy cases, Ms. Veloz handles much of the court filings to ensure proceedings move forward in a timely manner.. 

Christopher John Collins

Legal Assistant

Mr. Collins possesses extensive experience in customer service and business matters.  Specifically, he has experience interviewing clients and drafting petitions in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 individual bankruptcy matters.  Mr. Collins serves as clients' first point of contact with the firm and assists clients with many of their questions and concerns.  Additionally, Mr. Collins is a licensed realtor.

Li Hua

Legal Assistant

Ms. Hua possesses executive experience in customer services and business matters. She had worked in a bank in China for 12 years before she immigrated to the United States. In the United States, Ms. Hua has learned the American culture as well as the regulation in immigration and business area. After a couple of years study, she received her degree with Distinction Honor in College. Now Ms. Hua assists Mr. Becker with immigration law and international law cases. She analyzes the cases with clients, prepares and files the documents for clients. She is bilingual in Mandarin and English.
