Mr. Becker has earned a national reputation as an exceptional attorney adept at handling business, international, personal injury, and bankruptcy law matters of all sizes and levels of complexity. Throughout his legal career, which has spanned over 20 years, he has represented a diverse spectrum of individual and business clients. He is nationally recognized in United States Bankruptcy Law and creditors' rights matters and well-renowned in both the United States and China for the business litigation, transactional work, and international trade law aspects of his practice. He also has extensive experience in Chinese trade law, due diligence, risk assessment, and intellectual property issues, and he frequently works with the China Trade Law Division.
In addition to Mr. Becker's legal and consulting work, he is also a businessman and manufactures a broad range of products in China, which are distributed in the United States and around the world. Mr. Becker has presented seminars regarding legal issues that arise in international trade at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and at The United States Consulate in Guang Zhou, P.R. China. He has also spoken at Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou regarding legal business and trade issues.
